In the afternoon of July 12rd, organizer arranged campers to visit the campus. Guided by volunteers Lin Jieying and Zhang Tianxin, more than 100 campers visited Xiamen University campus. Even the weather was quite hot, campers desired to know about Xiamen University.

Organizer arranged campers to visit Xiamen University history exhibition hall, Tan Kah Kee memorial and Lu Xun memorial. Based on rich history pictures, guider introduced development path of Xiamen University. In a short while, campers reviews 90 years history of Xiamen University, from the start that Mr. Tan Kah Kee established the first university sponsored by overseas Chinese, to Lin Wenqing built multi-disciplinary university, to Sa Bendong run school behind enemy’s rear line. Such history tell us lots of valuable historical moments. After that, campers visited Furong mountain, Furong tunnel, Shang Xuanchang, Siyuan vally to access beautiful campus views.
