President Lin Xiuqin Published Employees, Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants in Greater China in an International Monograph

In November 2016, Professor Lin Xiuqin of our institute and Professor Liu Kongzhong, a famous scholar of intellectual property law and competition law in Taiwan, co-authored the article Employees, Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants in Greater China. This article was published in the international intellectual property monograph Employees, Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants as a special issue, whose editors are Dr. Christopher Heath and Prof. Anselm Kamperman Sanders. Monograph was published by Kluwer Law International.

Employees, Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants in Greater China interpreted laws, regulations and judicial precedents about trade secrets, non-competition and other issues between the mainland of China and Taiwan in-depth, and found the differences  and integration in there. It also investigated the future of the two sides about Legislation and exploration of the development of judicial practice.
